We read only what Instagram and TikTok show to visitors who are not logged in. A profile can be analyzed when it is:
- public, with at least 3 posts
- not private, deactivated or temporarily blocked
- not age-restricted — profiles about gambling, betting, alcohol, tobacco or adult content are often visible only to logged-in adults, so we can't analyze them

Do I have to pay to try it?
No. Create a free account and scan any public profile to see its real metrics and key findings. You only pay when you unlock the full AI audit.
What happens if an audit fails?
You're not charged. A credit is deducted only after your report is complete. If a profile is private, doesn't exist, has fewer than 3 posts, or something fails on our side, the credit stays in your account.
Why can't a profile be analyzed even though I can see it on Instagram?
You are probably logged in, and we are not. We read only what Instagram and TikTok show to logged-out visitors. Private, deactivated and age-restricted profiles (often gambling, betting, alcohol, tobacco or adult content) are hidden from logged-out visitors, so they can't be analyzed. Run a free scan first — if it works, the full audit works too. If an audit can't be completed, no credit is used.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them or delete your account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, unused credits are refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
Who is Paddle, and why is it on my receipt?
Paddle.com is our online reseller and Merchant of Record. It handles payment, tax and invoicing, so your receipt comes from Paddle and the charge on your card statement shows Paddle's name.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically.
