Do I have to pay to try it?

What happens if an audit fails?
You're not charged. A credit is deducted only after your report is complete. If a profile is private, doesn't exist, has fewer than 3 posts, or something fails on our side, the credit stays in your account.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them or delete your account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, unused credits are refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
Who is Paddle, and why is it on my receipt?
Paddle.com is our online reseller and Merchant of Record. It handles payment, tax and invoicing, so your receipt comes from Paddle and the charge on your card statement shows Paddle's name.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically.
