What's free and what's paid?
The preview is free: we scan the public profile and show the real metrics — engagement rate, posting rhythm, best and weakest posts — plus key findings. Do I need to log in or share my password?
No. We only read information that's publicly visible on the profile. We never ask for Instagram or TikTok passwords or access to any account.
Can I audit someone else's profile?
Yes — any public profile, such as a client's or a competitor's you want to learn from. Please use reports for legitimate business purposes; see our Terms.
Why does the profile need to be public?
Posts on private profiles aren't publicly visible, so there's nothing to analyze. We also need at least 3 public posts for meaningful metrics.
What if the audit fails?
You're not charged. A credit is used only after your report is complete. If the AI step fails, you can retry it without a new scan.
How accurate is it?
The metrics are exact calculations from the public data at the time of the scan. The scores and recommendations are AI-generated interpretation of that data — a strong, evidence-based second opinion, not a guarantee of results.
How is the engagement rate calculated?
For each of the latest public posts: (likes + comments) ÷ followers × 100, then averaged. Posts with hidden like counts are left out rather than counted as zero.
